Sintra loved her farm. It was a peaceful place, surrounded by green fields and tall trees. She was a happy elf, with long blonde hair, bright blue eyes, and pointed ears.

She had never seen a goblin before. She had heard stories about them, of course. How they were ugly and cruel, how they raided villages and stole everything they could find, how they enslaved other races and forced them to work in their mines and factories. But she had always thought they were just tales to scare children, not something real and dangerous.

She was wrong.
