Two years have passed since the military coup was foiled by the efforts of Lukas and Jean. Since that time Lukas has pursued new strengths after learning of his own weaknesses. After his long training, he returns home being recruited by his brother Eduard for a secret mission to hunt down escaped prisoners who've spread across the country. Jean for her part has grown bored of sitting at home under a protective house arrest and discovers a group accessing ruins across the country. As both learn of a new conspiracy facing their country, they set out with allies new and old on another cross-country journey to uncover the new conspiracy and stop the machinations of the masterminds behind it all.
