When Nirmal has got huge palace, lands and bank balance bequeathed by his uncle Sachetan Asamarava through a will, he was in a dilemma whether to receive those or not. It was just because his late uncle put a condition in that will that Nirmal has to come into that palace along with his family and live in it to get right over the properties bequeathed by him. The reason for Nirmal's hesitating to live in that palace was; his late mother has a sort of fear to that palace and she did never like even to talk about that palace with him.
