This book of poetry was written during the final eighteen months of my husband's life, after we had received his terminal diagnosis. The poems are free verse, written as a way for me to externalise my thoughts and emotions when I needed to, in order to allow me to try and understand and work through them. The book also includes a brief account of our experiences for context, and QR codes leading to a curated playlist of music and the donation page for MacMillan, whose support was invaluable.
