The Aron Family to 1743 follows the genealogy of Abram Aron of Rimse, Lithuania, tracing his lineage through his father Shimel Aron, then to Leizer Aron, Symon Orlin, and finally to Leizer Orlin, who is Abram's earliest known ancestor.

The book is a prequel to The Aron Family, a detailed history of Abram and Sara Aron and their descendants by Patti DiGeorge published in 2022.
