As the Vietnam War draws to a heartbreaking close, a young girl is left abandoned in the chaos of Saigon. With the Americans gone and the city on the brink of invasion, she has no choice but to flee. Armed with nothing but her wits and a handful of trinkets to remember her lost family, she sets out on a treacherous journey to the coast-alone. But war is not the only danger lurking in the shadows. Something far more sinister stalks the ruins of her homeland. Something ancient. Something hungry. It preys on the innocent, and now, it hunts her.
