Nils Nilsson (later changed to Neils Neilson) and Karna Hansdotter (later changed to Karen Hansen) were from Sweden. They joined the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and traveled thousands of miles to join the main body of the Church in Utah. Nils was one of five children in his family to immigrate to America. Three others stayed in Sweden. This book describes their journeys across the Atlantic, across America to Utah, and settling in Utah and raising their families. The book includes maps of Sweden and the Mormon Trail; illustrations of the ship they sailed on and their journey on the Mormon Trail; and pictures of the family members. It includes Family Group Records and Pedigree Charts. It has an index, bibliography, and endnotes.
