The embodiment of racism known as the Jim Crow Killer is loose in Skyview. Wearing an old-world tuxedo, dark gloves, carrying a dagger and his face painted brown, his lips red and his eyes coated with prejudice, hatred, and bigotry. He's going around murdering black folks from all walks of life and leaving taunting letters to the police in order to get to his main target, the current district attorney and mayoral candidate, Michelle King.

Being a black woman from a difficult background, she knows exactly how to get the job done. Yet, with a target on her back, it's up to her son Malcolm to put a stop with it.

For the last two years, Malcolm (with the help of his trusty companion, loyal partner and bestest of friends Stokely Newton), the pair have been fighting crime with Malcolm going out on the town dressed in a robotic nano suit as the vigilante known as "The Clown" and Stokely as his "guy in the van."

It's up to Malcolm, Stokely, their good friend on the police force in Detective Tyron Jones to try and stop the Jim Crow Killer from getting his way. But with new faces and allies in the picture, will Malcolm and Stokely be able to weather the storm and strain on their relationship in order to keep the Jim Crow Killer from getting his way?
