For many decades, African Americans have faced racial injustices and economic inequalities that have led to persistent disparities in homeownership, which is one of the building blocks to obtaining generational wealth. These disparities and injustices helped to catapult us towards educating not just African Americans but all ethnicities and nationalities in the homebuying process.
Although homeownership in our community was vast, yet again, knowledge of how to obtain homeownership was incredibly limited, and these limitations have caused us to see a decrease in homeownership in many African American communities.
