The Lens I See through Now

The Lens I see through Now is a book that was created to share and discuss some of the cycles of trauma that are apparent in our communities today. Our journeys through life can sometimes prove to be extremely challenging. Our paths are not always pleasant and many times expose us to unfortunate situations. As a parent, it can sometimes feel as if the weight of the world is on your shoulders and all hope is lost. I want to encourage you to keep going, don't give up your children. There is hope! This book exposes those areas that may go unnoticed with parents and children and can potentially hinder the relationship. I'm sharing personal experiences from my childhood that I feel ultimately affected my adulthood in hopes of other parents making those necessary changes. This is a book for parents that are new to parenthood as well as those who are seasoned! It's time to make a change!
