My name is Tamara. I am the Queen of Marinea. I became Queen permanently when my father, King Trident, decided to retire. He is so knowledgeable that I was delighted when he agreed to be our Ambassador to the mainland kingdom of Alteria. My mother, Terra, is a Watcher-and was elected to the post of Head Watcher. She accompanied Father to his new post, which does not prevent her from fulfilling her Head Watcher duties. Watchers are able to teleport instantly to any location. My parents are currently working on an experimental program that will facilitate communication between magicals and non-magicals in Alteria. My name is Candace. I am one of the four Super Children born to my mother, Queen Tamara, and my father, Commander Sean Lockette. I have just reached puberty and my life, so far, has been more than unusual. All the Super Children on our planet, Akura, were brought into existence by the Super Beings at the age of puberty-except for my Father and his twin, Uncle Jon. They were 'late bloomers.' But my siblings and I were born as Super Children. The gold encased power pendants around our necks mean that we are originals. The previous Super Children were subdivided into an original and a mirror image. When the four of us were in my mother's tummy, we were magically reduced in size so that she could be comfortable. But when we were born, we became normal size.
