A children’s cat story in verse. Buster was born on the farm and has spent his whole life living in a barn. He has dreams of a better life with a family in a warm cozy house. When his dreams come true and he’s whisked away in a big red truck, Buster starts to doubt his decision to leave the barn. The clever kitty quickly earns the love of his new best friend and settles into his new life.

The story, Buster the Cat and More than That, was originally written by Robert Howe about his cat Buster. Robert’s granddaughter, Ashley Jack, took his rather lengthy rendition and turned it into this sweet rhyming children’s story. The original by Robert Howe is included at the end of the book as a memory for his family to cherish.
