The angel Zerachiel begins his pilgrimage to obtain the enlightenment necessary to finally grasp victory against his nemesis. The task ahead seems simple: becoming stronger to defeat an old enemy who plagues the land with hell's fires. But, nothing is easy when his Zoharian Blade, Ramiel, is involved in proceedings. The road ahead is fraught with danger. There are whispers of a threat called the Qliphoth that will bring him disaster.

Zera has to keep looking over his shoulder. He must walk down this murky road. Can he achieve the enlightenment? Or has he instead initiated his own disaster? And, more importantly, can he stop the Qliphoth stealing his most precious treasures?
