With this book, Antonio Di Giacomo confirms that he is an effective popularizer. With arguments that are not provocative, but certainly not without controversy, he hypothesizes the need to reach a political solution that could save the planet from what appears to be a dead end: a Triumvirate, an ancient term, but which for the author is the more suitable to indicate that union of States which alone could guarantee real control over a situation that always seems on the verge of precipitating towards catastrophe. This would avoid a sort of "Let Samson die with all the Philistines!".
