The Mystery of Prayer and the Spiritual Need of the African Environment

ATTEMPTING TO WRITE A book on a subject as vast as prayer is like trying to capture the ocean in a quart jar. The subject of prayer is so vast and mysterious that it takes the spirit of God to gain deeper access and understanding to see you through. This book really began as part of my personal spiritual experience during my monthly retreat, in my experience as a minister of the Gospel. God gave me a deeper understanding of the power and operation of prayer during this period of being alone with God. But sensing my deeper longing for further understanding of the impacts and effects of prayer. I began a systematic study on what the Bible teaches about prayer and also the biblical characters God used mightily in the areas of prayer to change the scope of events and alter the course of history in their generation.
