Motu Chacha, a timeless storyteller, visits villages to tell tales. Ramadan, a young boy, misses school to attend a storytelling session. Thereafter, he and the old storyteller find themselves captives of a cannibal king and his fiendish entourage. He meets the princess and the king of Hasinabad, who share the same fate. Together, they plan their escape and kill the cannibal king with the help of a little magic, some bravery, and a lot of luck.
