The guidebook was developed as part of the Department of Social Welfare and Development’s Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan-Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services National Community-Driven Development Program, which conducts training to plan for and participate in community change initiatives in the Philippines.
