The International Bureau of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) is proud to present these Centennial Papers , marking 100 years of international dispute resolution at the PCA. This collection features speeches from the PCA’s Centenary Celebration, delivered at the Centenary Meeting of the PCA’s Administrative Council and at the 1999 PCA Members’ Conference.
