The Easy Aquarium

An aquarium is not a cage for fish! It is, indeed, a small piece of nature at home. Aquatic animals are unable to live in environments that are not perfectly adequate to their need and, for this reason, an aquarium must reproduce, with high fidelity, the features of a clean, equilibrated natural environment. In addition, several habitats are disappearing from the wild, due to the destructive activity of humans. In these cases, endangered species may still kept alive and regularly reproduced thanks to home aquariums. An aquarium is also an extraordinary educational mean and an interesting game for the family. Is it difficult? In this book we demonstrate that setting up an aquarium is as easy as preparing a plate of spaghetti: we just need to know its simple recipe! As well, we will learn that an aquarium does not require much care, because technical devices take care of it. For sure it is easier than taking care of a fish bowl, because we do not need to change the water! Starting from the description of the basic components, we will learn how to choose accessories, assemble everything and introduce fish and plants. We will enjoy the experience: only a few simple rules must be known.
