El Chico del Periodico

Memphis, 1959.
Memphis, 1959. An 11-year-old boy is the best pitcher ever, but he is not as good at talking as playing baseball: he cannot utter a single word without stuttering, not even his name. So when he has to cover his friend’s newspaper delivery route, he knows that he will have no choice but to communicate with clients and that he will have a hard time doing so. However, what will cause him real problems and what will put his life in danger, as well as that of the family maid, is an altercation with the neighborhood junk dealer, who is a bully and a thief.
