Karuna

I was encouraged to write this book mainly for my students, so that they would have as complete of a reference as possible, although I would also like it to reach people who wish to complement their training. This is a work manual that can help trainers and practitioners alike and not only includes the origin, legends, description, and many uses of the Karuna symbols, but also the physical and emotional conditions that can be aided by them, the different forms of treatment, face-to-face and distance, full treatments or ones given with a specific purpose, and the importance of scanning. It also includes comparisons, meditations, and an annex that I hope will serve for a better understanding and practice of this magnificent tool that is Karuna.
