We live in a time where we have to strengthen the knowledge for our Western existence. The book shows how democratic thinking in its originality, is a pathway into reason, knowledge, and development. Going back the line to ancient Greek democratic time, this is a logical and knowledgeable book for leadership, teaching, business, politics and democracy; a tool for society in general; having an understanding of communication, cooperation, science, and a knowledgeseeking attitude. Development is dependent on a relatively high dialectic frequence, an effect of reason and free speech. The thinking has a preventive effect on harassment, and "silencing power." The book also shows how "fixed thoughts" and ideologization damages thinking and reason.
