Micro, small and medium-sized enterprises undoubtedly form the basis of the Austrian economy. Due to demographic, economic, technological and social change, companies are constantly confronted with structural and personnel challenges in terms of their organisational development and design. In the area of human resources in particular, it is becoming increasingly difficult for SMEs to keep up with the attractive working conditions offered by modern companies and to find qualified personnel.
