General Theory of Civil Liberties and Human Rights

This work allows the reader to have at hand a tool for summarizing the voluminous question of Human Rights and Public Liberties with regard to the State of Cameroon.The reader will find, according to his needs, the mechanisms and normative supports useful to his understanding of the problem of the protection of public freedoms and the guarantee of Human Rights. For the author, it is a question of updating the major questions relating to the protection and promotion of fundamental human rights both in their universality, their effectiveness and in their particularities; if applicable.
