This book is the result of an empirical research that meets one of the objectives of the consolidated Academic Body UV-CAEC-268 Quality of Life and Human Development, which is to promote the participation of students and academics in the development of research aimed at addressing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).As part of the Line of Generation and Application of Knowledge; Quality of Life, which in turn converges, by the nature of the phenomenon investigated with the topics of mental health and evidence-based psychology.PSA use and anxiety disorders are two prevalent mental health problems that have an impact on people's quality of life. Their relationship is close and bidirectional, so an evidence-based psychotherapeutic treatment is essential to achieve behavioral, cognitive, emotional and motivational modification in patients. In this research, the intervention proposal of a program with strategies and techniques from the CBT and TREC psychotherapeutic models, allows to demonstrate the benefits of working clinically under a scientific, functional and comprehensive approach.
