This research evaluated different fertilisation alternatives and the water demand of Italian grapevines. Different irrigation coefficients (75, 100, 125 and 150% of the recommended crop coefficient) and different fertilisations (100, 75, 50 and 25% of the recommended mineral fertilisation, plus an organic product based on humic and fluvic acids) were interpolated, forming a 4x4 subdivided plot design with 3 replications. Yield per plant, fruit quality (berry size, soluble solids content and total acidity) and physiological variations in the vine (relative water content) were assessed.
