The monograph studies the state, completeness and reliability of the latest study of the history of political repressions of the interwar period in Ukraine (20-30-ies of the twentieth century). On the basis of a comprehensive historiographical analysis of the works of foreign and domestic authors, insufficiently researched aspects are identified and recommendations for further development of the topic are made. A number of proposals for further concrete-historical research of the problem are outlined.
