This study investigates the influence of transformational leadership (TL) on organizational success (OS) in the banking sector of Multan, Pakistan, with a focus on the mediating role of organizational learning capabilities (OLC). Grounded in Social Interdependence Theory, it uses a quantitative approach with data from 400 banking professionals. Findings confirm positive relationships between TL and OS, TL and OLC, and a significant mediating role of OLC between TL and OS. The study emphasizes the role of leadership in fostering a learning culture to boost performance, offering valuable implications for both academic and organizational strategy development. SPSS analysis and the Hayes process confirmed all three hypotheses, underscoring the critical role of TL and OLC in achieving sustainable organizational success.
