This study evaluated the chemical profile, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity, in an unprecedented way, of AuNPs (AuNPs) synthesized from the NEO of the cross-EO (NEO) of Alpinia zerumbet, Cinnamomum verum and Syzygium aromaticum. The majority constituent of the EO was p-cymene (43.04%) and eugenol (36.25%). The maximum SPR band was centered at 520 nm, indicating the characteristic peak of AuNPs. The lowest IC50 0.69 mg/L for antioxidant activity was obtained for AuNP pH 10. The IC50 that showed the best result for anti-inflammatory activity was that of pH 9 with 7.48x10-9 mg/mL. The best result found for toxicity against Artemia salina was found for AuNPs at pH 7 with LC50 2511.89 mg/L. Finally, in an unprecedented way, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity was obtained for AuNPs from a cross EO of Alpinia zerumbet, Cinnamomum verum and Syzygium aromaticum, showing efficiency in the activities tested, also demonstrating the effect of pH on these formulations.
