The integration of digital technologies in chemistry education is crucial to prepare students for a constantly evolving world. The PASS Online software, which allows simulations and in silico analyses, is an effective tool for promoting understanding of complex concepts and engaging students. The essential oil of bay laurel (Laurus nobilis), rich in chemical compounds with pharmacological properties, is a practical example for exploring the chemistry of natural products. The proposed approach aligns with the principles of the BNCC, encouraging the integration of different areas of knowledge and the development of critical and reflective thinking in students. Therefore, this study aimed to assess the in silico antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity of essential laurel oil using PASS Online software as a proposal for teaching chemistry.
