The author discusses the possibility of creating educational processes in the organizational and work context, with the contribution of psychology, that intervene in reality and seek to promote ethics, combat violence and dehumanization in society. This book presents research from a master's dissertation, which reflects on educational actions carried out with workers in the public administration, guided by psychological practice, which had as its aim the emancipation and awareness of the person within the context of work. The research sought to answer whether, by succeeding in promoting a reflective process, this reflection can be extended to other areas of the person's life in society, acting in an ethical, more humanized and conscious way. The author draws on her experience with civil servants, with whom a training program for multiplier agents was carried out over three years.
