This study deals with an economic situation that is favourable to the growth of micro and small companies, giving them the opportunity to develop and stand out in the competitive market. The field of study being the city of Brumado/Ba, implies demonstrating the lack of knowledge of local and regional MSEs regarding their potential to be suppliers to the Municipal Public Sector.
