Vaccination status of healthcare workers in a rural municipality

The study scenario covered primary health care units (Basic Health Units and Family Health Units), medium complexity units (reference services and centres for mental health, high blood pressure and diabetes, occupational health, STDs/AIDS, sickle cell disease, dental care, various medical services, health centres, rehabilitation and human development centres, and an optical programme for children), health surveillance (sanitary and epidemiological), pharmaceutical assistance, and the municipal health department, which comprises the management. This study addresses the vaccination status of health workers in the municipality of Itabuna-Ba and serves as a theoretical basis and source of research for various fields of knowledge. We hope that this work can, in some way, contribute to the development and critical thinking of readers.
