The implementation of CSR is treated here from the perspective of a process by which the societal, environmental and economic values ??of sustainable development are gradually incorporated into the strategy of responsible management. We started from the observation that, several public and private companies, in a stereotypical and/or rational manner, are competitive by presenting social responsibility strategies without adopting them to flatter and attract sympathy and/or customers. As for state companies, the movement uses them as fields of application for their achievements but concretely nothing that can respect the rules of societal responsibilities is applied in the hope of achieving sustainable development as praised in the speeches. This master's work is intended to be a valuable tool and a reference for criminologists, justice actors and even more for those in power as well as the entire population whenever they are confronted with challenges and obstacles in regulation. Social Responsibility; we have thus just broken this isolation from the debate on CSR in the DRC.
