The present research work aims to determine lifestyles and their relationship with levels of stress, anxiety and depression in times of COVID 19 of the students of the Professional School of Human Nutrition of the Universidad Nacional del Altiplano Puno. The study methodology is relational, cross-sectional, prospective and analytical. The population is 450 enrolled students, being the sample 207 students, to determine lifestyles in pandemic situation the Fantastico survey was applied with 10 dimensions and 30 questions validated for young people, in the case of stress, anxiety and depression the DASS-21 scale adapted for young people was applied, with 3 dimensions and 21 questions.
