This monograph considers the development of waste-free technology for the production of conditioned wood-fibre filler from cotton stalks and wood-plastic composite board materials. Scientific novelty of the research consists in the following: the technological process of cotton stalk crushing for the purpose of obtaining wood fibre fillers for composite board materials has been developed, wood fibre fillers for the production of wood-plastic board materials have been obtained by carrying out the crushing process in two stages, the efficiency of the process and the high content of porous wire in the condensing mass and the relationship of the porous rod with the transmission and cutting speed have been determined, a change in the design of the wood-fibre filler has been made in the process.
