Education must be understood and undertaken through interdisciplinarity, as proposed in this academic work: Interdisciplinarity from fairy tales to leadership theories, in which teachers and students are active, committed, responsible and trained agents for planning their actions, taking responsibility for themselves, seeking attitudes towards the facts and interacting with the scenario in which they live, cooperating to achieve a goal, thus changing the teaching and learning process for the better.
