The unexpected and sudden transitions to work from home due to COVID- 19 pandemic has led to lifestyle and behaviour changes that severely affects the physical and mental well-being. The objective of the study is to understand the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal factors of health among healthy individuals working from home. The cross-sectional study was conducted between April 2022 - December 2022 through online questionnaire that covers questions related to sociodemographic, work home environment characteristics, musculoskeletal and non-musculoskeletal issues. Individuals aged between 21-60 years and working from home were included. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test and Pearson correlation were analyzed using SPSS Version 26.Results: Study included 533 participants (21-40 years= 358, 41-60 years= 175) to assess the health issues among the healthy individuals working from home in COVID- 19 pandemic. We categorized these health issues in musculoskeletal and non- musculoskeletal issues.
