It serves for the interaction between producers, wholesalers and end consumers, being a meeting place for neighbors and friends, where commercial practices based on mutual trust are developed. The stores still maintain the trust, although to a lesser extent, as well as haggling, however, the napa has been disappearing due to the high cost of living and the value of the products. Labor independence is the main objective of the shopkeepers and it is the traditional channel of distribution and sale of products close to consumers. The shopkeepers undertake with few economic resources, but thanks to their perseverance and self-control they manage to become micro-entrepreneurs.
