Pituitary tumors are characterized by an excessive secretion of pituitary hormones whose clinical repercussion compromises the patients' quality of life. A descriptive cross-sectional study of series of cases was carried out in the Imaging Service of the University Provincial Hospital "Arnaldo Milian Castro, with the purpose of describing the behavior of imaging variables of pituitary macroadenomas by means of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance.
