Investigations on "Effect Of Growth Regulators On Biology And Economic Traits Of Silkworm (Bombyx mori L.)" carried out to know the "Effect of growth regulators on growth and economic traits of bivoltine silkworm Bombyx mori L." The experiment was conducted at Department of Agricultural Entomology, College of Agriculture, Parbhani during the month July-August 2022. The disease free layings of FC1xFC2 bivoltine silkworm were used in the investigation. The laboratory experiment was conducted in completely randomized design with ten treatments and four replications. One hundred larvae were reared in each replication.At 48h treatment, The longest 5th instar larval duration (8.77 days), 5th instar larval weight (g) (54.41 g), longer pupal duration (15.25 days), highest moth emergence percentage ( 96.25 per cent), highest hatching percentage was noticed (96.75 per cent) by treatment of Serimore at the rate of 3.5 ml per litre of water, highest single cocoon weight (g) (2.089), longer filament length (1175m) highest yield of cocoon per 10,000 larvae brushed (20.89 kg) was recorded by treatment Folic acid at 200ppm which was at par with Serimore at the rate 3.5ml per liter of water.
