For the first time in conditions of Uzbekistan blood groups of animals of Schwyz breed, as well as the nature of genetic processes in populations of Schwyz cattle in the process of selection have been studied. The dependence of the level of milk productivity of cows-daughters on their inheritance of alternative paternal alleles of blood groups has been established. The influence of homo- or heterozygosity of cows on blood group systems on the degree of their fertilizability has been revealed. The study of the peculiarities of genotypes of animals of Schwyck breed will allow to trace the dynamics of blood group allele frequencies as a result of acclimatization. Imported animals take a long time to adapt in extreme conditions of the republic and quickly lose productivity, especially in the hot season. Hence the relevance of improving local, long-bred animals and creating new more highly productive, suitable for use in the conditions of industrial technology lines and types of animals.
