Questo studio presenta in modo inedito l'obiettivo di eseguire l'essiccazione delle cortecce di C. limettioides Tan. applicando la modellazione matematica, quantificare il contenuto totale di fenoli e flavonoidi e valutare il potenziale antimicrobico della nanoemulsione stabile attraverso il metodo a bassa energia.Attraverso i risultati ottenuti e stato possibile determinare che il modello matematico di Logaritmo era quello che meglio si adattava ai dati sperimentali. Il contenuto fenolico totale quantificato era 75,124 mg EAT g-1 e i flavonoidi 99,22 mg EQT g-1. L'OE e la nanoemulsione hanno presentato un'attivita fungicida contro tutti i microrganismi testati. I risultati ottenuti provano il potenziale necessario per l'applicazione dell'OE e della nanoemulsione di C. limettioides Tan barks come antimicrobico, incoraggiando il potenziale di applicazione dell'OE.
