This study presents in an unprecedented way the objective of performing the drying of the barks of C. limettioides Tan. applying mathematical modeling, quantify the total phenolic and flavonoid content and evaluate the antimicrobial potential of stable nanoemulsion through low energy method.Through the results obtained it was possible to determine that the mathematical model of Logarithm was the one that best fit the experimental data. The quantified total phenolic content was 75.124 mg EAT g-1 and flavonoids 99.22 mg EQT g-1. The EO and nanoemulsion presented fungicidal activity against all microorganisms tested. The obtained results prove the necessary potential for the application of the EO and nanoemulsion of C. limettioides Tan barks as antimicrobial, encouraging the potential of EO application.
