Applicazione di modelli matematici, quantificazione del contenuto fenolico e di flavonoidi totali e valutazione del potenziale antimicrobico di una nanoemulsione stabile utilizzando un metodo a bassa energia. Il contenuto fenolico totale quantificato era 75.124 mg EAT g-1 e i flavonoidi 99.22 mg EQT g-1.OE e la nanoemulsione hanno mostrato attivita fungicida contro tutti i microrganismi testati. I risultati ottenuti dimostrano e promuovono il potenziale richiesto per l'applicazione di OE e nanoemulsione di C. limettioides Tan skin come agenti antimicrobici.
