Este estudo apresenta de forma inovadora o objetivo de secar a pele de C. limettioides Tan. aplicando modelagem matematica, quantificando o conteudo fenolico e flavonoide total e avaliando o potencial antimicrobiano de uma nanoemulsao estavel usando um metodo de baixa energia. Com os resultados obtidos, foi possivel determinar que o modelo matematico logaritmico foi o que melhor combinou com os dados experimentais. O conteudo fenolico total quantificado foi de 75.124 mg TEA g-1 e flavonoides 99,22 mg TEE g-1. EO e nanoemulsao mostraram actividade fungicida contra todos os microrganismos testados. Os resultados obtidos provam o potencial necessario para a aplicacao de EO e a nanoemulsao de C. limettioides Tan skin como um antimicrobiano, encorajando o potencial para a aplicacao de EO.
