This book explores the role and impact of traditional medicine in managing the Covid-19 pandemic in the N'Djamena-Nord Health District, Chad. This study analyzes the traditional medicinal practices employed by local healers and their approach to the pandemic. It highlights the importance of traditional medicines in places where access to modern care is limited. It describes how certain ancestral practices, such as the use of medicinal plants, have been mobilized by the population to strengthen their immune systems and treat the symptoms of Covid-19.
