Ce livre a commence par une recherche sur la taxation de la consommation de carburant en Uberlandia - MG et l'applicabilite de la loi 12.741/2012. Ainsi, le probleme de la recherche etait de demontrer l'applicabilite de la loi de transparence fiscale sur la consommation de carburant dans une etude de cas. Les resultats trouves indiquent que la plupart des etablissements n'appliquent pas correctement la loi 12.741/2012, informant une charge fiscale incorrecte par rapport a la source indiquee. Il est conclu que l'applicabilite de la loi n'est pas efficiente et efficace parce que l'information au consommateur est faussee.
