Este Livro iniciou com a pesquisa sobre a tributacao do consumo de combustiveis em Uberlandia - MG e a aplicabilidade da Lei 12.741/2012. Desta forma o problema da pesquisa foi demonstrar qual a aplicabilidade da lei de Transparencia Fiscal sobre o consumo de combustiveis em um estudo de caso. Os resultados encontrados indicam que a maioria dos estabelecimentos nao aplicam a lei 12.741/2012 corretamente, informando carga tributaria incorreta em relacao a fonte indicada. Conclui-se que a aplicabilidade da lei nao e eficiente e eficaz, pois as informacoes ao consumidor e distorcida.
