En esta fecha se decidio que los resortes de la propaganda falangista controlaran de forma eficaz la informacion cinematografica de actualidad que se proyectaba en Espana, como anos antes se hizo con la prensa y la radiodifusion. Se convirtio asi el NO-DO en la unica entidad que a partir de ese momento opero en un espacio donde el esfuerzo cinematografico nacional espanol, privado o publico, no habia podido desarrollarse con anterioridad.
